WinSurfacePlot - a new surface plotting program

I've just finished a new program, originally meant only to augment WinPCD. WinPCD can now export a csd file after a horizontal or vertical off-axis plot is run. WinSurfacePlot can import this file for display initially as a heat map. It can then be rotated to any orientation as a surface plot.  Any program that can export frd-style ascii files can be used to manually create a csv in the required format for import.
