Caritas Speaker Kit

I'd be interested in hearing from anyon who has built one of these, namely how does it sound. I built a pair of Overnite Sensations that I like, so I'd be interested in knowing if anyone can contrast Overnite Sensation with Caritas. I'm thinking of building a couple as a graduation gift for a friend. They would be used as desktop computer speakers, so I'd be interested in an idea about the best way to rig them up with a built in amp. I'm thinking of something like Lepai.
